EQOS Signal of Quality: Methodology Overview
Read about the groundbreaking outcomes-based methodology underlying the EQOS Signal of Quality.

The EQOS Signal of Quality is the first metric to analyze credential outcomes without relying on provider data. These outcomes signal the quality of credentials to workers, employers, providers, and funders by analyzing the real-world results of earning them. The Signal of Quality is measured along five dimensions: Employment, Opportunity, Access, Learning, and Demand. In this comprehensive methodology document, we detail the data used by EQOS, the metrics created with this data, and the dimension and overall scores calculated from these metrics.
